as a GOM myself, it’s really hard to check the condition of all photocards i received especially in bulk and kapag naka sleeve na. im only able to check it if they’re not individually sleeved :(
the process of removing the pc from the sleeve and putting it back may be the cause of damage pa kahit maingat ka kasi the sleeves or pcs may catch some dust which may scratch the card or baka madent pa while inaalis or binabalik sa sleeve. that’s why i dont check the condition kapag individually naka sleeve na.
i know how frustrating it is to receive damaged photocards but it’s really not the GOM’s responsibility to refund if it’s a manufacture defect. unless, ako talaga naka damage then of course i’d offer a refund.
but in this case, the seller isn’t really the one at fault coz proof is provided na all received pcs were damaged from the manufacturing or the manufacturer’s packaging. yes, they could’ve informed you beforehand but it’s not a valid reason for a refund coz they’re not compensated by the site naman ☹️
if sensitive to condition, i suggest don’t pre-order and buy from resellers instead who can provide video conditions 🥹

Sharing my experience buying from @.wijucart: I received POBs with visible corner damage. When I raised my concern, I learned the OT9 PC set allegedly had the same "manufacturing defect". If this was known beforehand, I would have appreciated being 1/2
