Replying to @gideonodoma
"Hypergrace" is not revealed or taught as a doctrinal pillar of the Christian faith. As a matter of fact, it did more harm than good to the church in biblical times. Paul had to rebuke certain believers who, because of this false doctrine, thought they had a free pass to sin.

Which one is hypergrace again...
Hypergrace, truly, is ANOTHER gospel. God forbid!

I am not arguing ordo salutis. And I fully get how eternal security is defined in calvinism. My original comment was to imply that I do not think calvinism can tolerate the kind of hypergrace AGO and others critique.

Hypergrace will fry your brain seh!
He has no business on that pulpit. He cannot even understand the scriptures. So you have sinometer now?? You know which sin is small and which sin is greater

And so if that's your definition of hypergrace, ie huperperisueo as found the epistles, that's a very simple definition and not the same thing AGO and others have been critiquing. That one is far more dangerous.

The eternal security of a believer in hypergrace is a distorted extreme of that of calvinism's P ie Perseverance of the saints. They look the same from afar but theyre very different. When Joseph Prince says 'once saved always saved', it's not the same when RC Sproul says it. 1/2

Anyways, I believe in the total depravity of man and that if God does not regenerate a man, there is no way he can respond to the truth of the divine. Again, hypergrace simply means abundant grace and those who preach it simply believes in eternal security of the believer. I do not really know how that contradicts calvinism

And I say this as someone who was very hypergrace and soaked in hundreds of Joseph Prince messages and also as someone who is well familiar with calvinism have listened to even more than hundreds of calvinist teaching and yet being neither hypergrace or calvinist...2/2.

Well, the reason regeneration precedes faith in calvinism is because of the T of TULIP. And once you hold to T, the rest must follow. And if you hold on to TULIP, I don't see you could then be hypergrace unless you don't know what hypergrace truly is...1/2

Don't blaspheme with this your hypergrace thing o. Grace is enough... unless you are saying it has to be hypergrace before it's enough. The secret will soon be let out

I'd like to know, was there an enmity between advocates of hypergrace and calvinist, what am I missing here? Edakun!
