Hisp) around 70%, but no modern combo.  Studies show no huge racial skew beyond pop shares, and global data points to family dynamics, not race bombshells.  Now, the per capita punchline. This post mimics the “13/50” trope (black pop 13%, 50% murders), but white men’s “overrep” here is 1.96x to 2.68x their 28% share. Compare to black males: ~6.5% pop, but 50% homicides (7.7x over), 27% sex assaults (4x over).  So, per capita, other groups spike higher in violent crimes overall.
