As an employee, learn to negotiate beyond just the regular paycheck.
Bargain for equity stake if you can.
Be futuristic.
As little as 0.0001% stake in a business that turns out great might be all you need to change your fortunes.
For business owners and founders, also learn to incentivize your employees so as to extract the highest level of commitment from them.
The most important resources in a business isn't capital.
It is having a team of committed of employees.
If you want to build anything at scale, you must have people who can go all in to make it happen.
And these people need the right motivation to do so.
You can't build a SpaceX level business with a penny reward system.
Value begets value.
