Iโd love to see it trialed in combo alongside a protease inhibitor like ensitrelvir or paxlovid (ideally w/ cobicistat replacing ritonavir, which damages vessels & causes immunosenescence) & mAbs, ideally in patients w/o ongoing immune/mito-impairing enviro exposures (like mold)
