Jailbreak it. You can do so much more.
If you don't like the kindle reading experience, I recommend you install something like MoonReader - you can customize so much on it. I hate reading on the kindle app.

Yg putih storygraph, yg item bookmory. 2 2 nya cuma bisa buat tracking bacaan doang sih. Kalau buat baca file epub highlight gitu2 ada readera kalau nggak moonreader

moonreader is also a third party app.... you have to use third party apps to open the files... o_o
here's an extra scary for you: I use Tampermonkey scripts for QoL *spooky noises ooo*
gasp I even directly edit epubs to put in paragraph breaks for fics with no para breaks! gasp!

Imho.
Just install moonreader pro (android app) and load all your books using g drive.
Thats the best way to read the books.

omg another moonreader truther in the wild
if anyone wants to know what e-reader's best (well at least for me), moon reader is THE goat, you can search for fics by series, authors, TAGS, and you can rate the fics/books you read as well! not to mention you can bookmark and annotate even using pictures <3

Moonreader me bahut files pata nahi chalta isme automatic hai, kewal folder add karna padta hai first time.
