The MPAA it's so funny because they'll be like, just trim this mutilation down from 17 seconds to 11 and you can have your "R" rating 🤣
According to EVIL DEAD BURN director Sébastien Vaniček, at least one brutally violent scene had to be trimmed a bit to get the film an 'R' rating.
He tells @SFXmagazine, "The director’s cut will be way more violent than what we will have in the theater."
