What makes something with high resolution such as High Fidelity Intelligence or ASI?
1) Hierarchical Nesting
2) Hierarchical and feedback Infilling based on those hierarchies
3) Robust Credit Assignment over each iterative pass.
Start with Level 1 --> Global Picture
Pass 1) Make the general outline
Pass 2) Fill in the general contours
Pass 3) Address major structural details
Pass 4) Shade in appropriately all parts
Pass 5) Focus on specificity and enrich
Pass 6) Tie in Holistically and Repeat from Pass 1 and and fill in global detail
Shift to Level 2 --> Regional Picture
Repeat 1-6
Shift to Level 3 --> sub-regional picture
Repeat 1-6
Shift to Level N --> to lowest Local Level
Repeat 1-6
Then Grounded Assessment
repeat through each level and through each phase Quality assessment
Then Evaluate Cross Talk Between Levels
Through Each Level
Then final Walkthrough
Each of the steps is unique and has distinct properties at each level
(1) Adjacency
(2) Temporality
(3) Causality
(4) Consistency
(5) Correlative
(6) Gradient
These definitions fluctuate and are dependent and nuanced.
