Community.fanbards.net which I set up to support the site I am building on the root domain.
Community.evamadeonline.com for fans of Neon Genesis Evangelion.
community.starbase-42.com for Star Trek fans.
Community.darkscribes.com for people to talk about dark fiction, fantasy, and other related stuff.
Community.lemontastica.net for more adult conversations.
All forums are run on NodeBB and as such ActivityPub Federated. So if you see a post on one and yoh want to comment but already have an account on one of the others you can just use that one.
I self host a Nextcloud Instance, Mastodon, Pixelfed, six NodeBB forums, and am working on several drupal based websites.

Self hosting a NodeBB, or other?
Software idea:
A forum like NodeBB but it runs entirely on the free tier of Cloudflare's Pages using SvelteKit and Durable Objects. Files and attachments could be uploaded to their CDN. Would be insanely cheap to operate once it clears the free tier.
Il y a des services que je n'utiliserai pas de suite, voir peut-être pas du tout ❗
Mais si je devais en avoir besoin, eh bien, ils sont prêts 😉
C'est le cas de #NodeBB#forum#selfhosted 😎
