I wish the architects would launch a PledgeMe or find a backer so that they can buy the building from its current owner and prove to everyone that they're right about this, rather than just writing bad columns about it.
I think they're crazy-wrong, but there's a potential test!

Forgot I did a pledgeme thing in September to deliver a box of vegetable seedlings from a charity to my sister for Christmas so a surprise box of live plants turned up at her house and she had to plant them at 9pm lol

Love the mission Mīti are on to convert the surplus dairy calf conundrum into a premium end to end clean health food. So was glad to make a small contribution to their pledgeme fundraiser. Great to finally get to taste it!

If bridge afficionados had set up a PledgeMe for the bridge months ago, I'd have chipped in a bit. Maybe $10. Maybe a bit more. But not a lot more. And only if it could have been done on a fixed-price contract.

Much less effort & expense to mount the campaign, no foreigners whining about shipping & EU friendliness, and their fee is less. But it went completely quiet for 8 days and I did put some of my own money in!

I am trying very hard never to need Kickstarter again. I've got a project closing on Kiwi site @pledgeme in about 6 hours. I had to hustle to get eyeballs onto it, but we made our target. On the About page, I explain why I went with PledgeMe: pledgeme.co.nz/projects/7905…

I got to try Glimstone Grab from Cheeky Parrot Games at Wellycon and thought it looked like a great intro to coop games for younger kids. Their pledgeme is now live and if you are after a simple coop game for your kids it's worth checking out. #boardgames
