He's was a tiny water bug. Old school scouts will bet against this type of player. Real scouts will look past the size and focus on projectable skill and intensity. I'm not sure he was supposed to be this good, but the Hurricanes organization is a machine.

I like the upside of them more, Simas is smart and has a very projectable game, I just think he’s more North-South than Hemming or Belchetz. Hemming for sure can drive play and create offence at a high level, Belchetz I see flashes. Simas, I’m just not as sold on there.
