I have two BBQ grills. One is an extra large Green Egg and the other is a large Rectec. Those are my two preferred methods of cooking—even cooking pizza and bacon on them.

...the brisket's getting smoked...
~6 hours on the Rectec, then wrapped and finished to 210⁰ in the oven.
We'll see how it turns out.

I’d rather cook.
I just bought myself a new Rectec smoker and a $2000 set of Hestan cookware. We’re investing in ourselves. Food at my house is amazing.

I used to smoke with charcoal, but now I like my sleep. My RecTec does a fine job and I can watch the temp rise from my phone. Lazy, maybe, but my smokes are always consistent and delicious.
