Bridge site technology gaps before trials stall with Beth Harper, Deena Bernstein, Jill Bell, PhD and Elisabeth Piault-Louis in this webinar hosted by Evinova. Clinical trial teams still face a persistent disconnect between protocol design and site-level execution, especially when technology assumptions outpace operational reality. This session explores why level setting around shared data, aligned definitions, and documented constraints is essential to reducing friction, improving adoption, and strengthening study startup. Register for this webinar to learn how to align trial technology planning with site readiness and make smarter decisions on where added solutions drive value, and where they create disruption: buff.ly/6pDHLdG #Evinova #LifeSciences #Biopharma #ClinicalTrials #ClinicalOperations #SiteTechnology #TrialDesign #StudyStartup #DigitalHealth #SiteReadiness #DecentralizedTrials #PharmaInnovation #ResearchOps #ClinicalResearch

In a lot of the places we work, the most important person in your sample is not in your sample. It's the area chief. The village elder. The imam or the pastor. The chama treasurer. The matatu stage chairman. Skip them and your field team gets politely turned around before lunch and you'll never quite know why your response rate collapsed in that ward. So before we map a sample, we map gatekeepers. Who has to say yes before the community will. Who has been let down by researchers before, and why they're guarded now. This isn't bureaucracy. It's how trust travels in places that have been studied by outsiders before and got nothing back. The vendor who doesn't know this will quote you a beautiful timeline. They just won't hit it. #FieldResearch #MarketResearch #Africa #DataCollection #AfroEyeResearch #ResearchOps

The medical AI stack is no longer about models. It’s about skills. In 2026, GitHub trends make one thing clear: → The shift is from tools to modular research capabilities. Here’s what’s emerging 👇 OpenClaw Medical Skills → 800 skills powering full-spectrum medical workflows github.com/FreedomIntelligen… AIPOCH Medical Research Skills → 400 modular skills built for real research execution github.com/aipoch/medical-re… But the real story isn’t the numbers. AIPOCH focuses on the layers that actually move research forward: • Evidence → literature search, synthesis, insight extraction • Design → study design, protocol building, power analysis • Analysis → bioinformatics, ML, reproducible pipelines • Writing → manuscript drafting, meta-analysis At the same time, the ecosystem is expanding into: Imaging literature automation End-to-end ML workflows Multi-agent collaboration across modalities Regulatory & compliance-ready pipelines This isn’t just augmentation. It’s operationalizing medical research. From fragmented tasks → to composable, agent-driven systems. And AIPOCH sits right at that transition point. #MedicalAI #AIagents #Bioinformatics #DigitalHealth #ResearchOps

Your research team doesn’t just produce data. It produces knowledge. But where does that knowledge go when a lead researcher moves on? Most teams rely on "Internal Folklore": the stuff that only exists in Slack threads or one person’s head. That’s not a strategy; it’s a liability. The best research teams treat documentation (Notion, Jira, Trello) as their "Team Memory." It’s not just about tracking tasks; it’s about building an external brain. When you document the *why* behind a model or the specific cleaning steps for a ragged CSV, you aren’t just doing chores: you’re securing your department's intelligence. At @AthlyticZ, we see this daily. Great infrastructure is useless if the knowledge to run it is locked in a silo. Does your team have a "Team Memory," or are you one resignation away from a knowledge blackout? 🧠 #ResearchOps #DataScience #KnowledgeManagement #ResearchTeams #Athlyticz #Notion #Jira
