This is one I haven't gotten around to playing yet, even though I followed it from the very first screenshot. Love the aesthetics, and it really is a nice flex for the Simulant engine. Plan on playing it with my kid hopefully this weekend!

New @simulantengine feature alert! In the "next" branch you can now create listeners and watch for node hierarchy changes. You can for example be notified if a new child is added to a particular node, or a descendent is removed etc.

To prove im not dead, here’s a picture of an example project I’m working on for @simulantengine. This is the level, and it tests stair, ramp, and jumping physics. Focus is third person camera, but could possibly be used in a first person project as well

For perspective divides Im using mat_trans_single I think it does the same thing, but maybe it's less efficient, I don't know.

For example if I have a strip a,b,c,d,e and for example c is behind the camera I mark as eol a,b,c, the problem is that d and e are loose so I have to send again c,d,e and with big models it is a problem, of course. 😅

Thank you very much Luke, the truth is that I had not thought to look at how it was done in Gldc. 😅🤦 What I do is to mark as eol the last three vertices, then I store them in a list and process them at the end, adding the new triangles that are necessary.

Sorry, "last vertex of each strip" marked "EOL" - the array contains multiple strips (and also state headers, but you can ignore those)

If it's helpful, GLdc's zclip submit code is here: gitlab.com/simulant/GLdc/-/b… It takes an array of vertices as tristrips, with the last vertex being marked "EOL" - clips, perspective divides, and then sends to the GPU (you can hook there and do what you need to do)
