I hear you, I also saw somewhere that most of their talented skillforce left and started their own, could they have moved out with the biggest accounts they managed?
The simple and short version of what can be a very long explanation is that without these three qualities being DRILLED into the skillforce, a glacier will move 20x faster than that industry will improve.

I have always had a strong sense that we should do our best to help those needing it most. Hence devoting 15 years to SkillForce. The funding was a mix but did include significant Government pump priming. Then schools and fundraising paid until the Wolf Review had its impact.
Let me tell you something about branding. There is a reason why German cars are loved. Efficiency, comfort and proper driving feeling. If you want innovation think Chinese. If you want efficient skillforce you talk about Zim, Pakistans and Nigerians. There is a reason.
These industries and companies come to maharastra to beg for skillforce and maharastra provide it because its the state with one of the highest literacy and highest female literacy amongst big states...
Here is not much crime ,chhapriness,vulgar culture like other states
