These tourists looked at a busy horse guard post with crowds of people, horses, and guards standing watch and somehow decided it was the perfect place to sit down and have a picnic. The horse guard told them to move, but they completely ignored him and kept eating like the rules didn’t apply to them. It eventually took another tourist to step in and call them out.
