yes, i agree 1000%!! it really just highlights how even in the medical field and the general public’s perception, this stupid hierarchy of EDs exists, with restriction on top and binging at the bottom

AGREED!! i had BED before i developed A-AN, but the restrictive part of my disorder was always taken wayyy more seriously than binge eating. like recently i literally had to look for someone who specializes in BED and BN to feel like it’ll get taken seriously, it’s ridiculous

the intuitive eating approach and lack of care for my binge eating problems at the ED clinic i went to for ~3 years FUCKED ME UP 😭😭 i was diagnosed with A-AN, but went back to BED and was told to eat whatever i want (yes, i became almost class 3 obese 💀)

these birthday streams are often very difficult for idols. often, they show the cake but then its taken away, or they have to make a show or "accidentally" dropping it. in this case, the whole world is concerned for her weight, so theyre probably forcing her to eat it. awful.
