I spent a week or two in the Hospital in Three Hills for sunstroke.
Woke up on day five or six and went to grab my glasses that were on a table next to the bed.
Under them was a note from a candy stripe volunteer there asking if I wanted to be penpals.
Guess why the cops pulled me over on a Sunday night in my small town of Trochu?
My wife was about a block from our house and I passed her at 7:00 Pm on a Sunday night. She jumped on the back bumper and we went about 50 meters. A cop saw us and pulled us over and harassed us for the next hour.
She threatened to charge us for stunting 2 x$850 tickets. Ended up walking with one ticket for $180.
I gave her the grill a bunch of times about doing real police work to protect and serve the public. This was not doing anything to protect the public. She kept on saying she was finig us because it was for our safety.
I'm done with this garbage society. Cops better be doing something to stop criminals and protecting the public. They best not be trying to ticket and fine respectable citizens over nothing.
I have the entire occurrence on film. It got heated for a bit. She even called back up. Fortunately it did not continue to escalate and the ghost squad car that pulled up right when she passed the ticket was not required.
2 cops cars at my house to deal with riding on a bumper for 50 meters at 20 kmph. How much did that cost the taxpayer? And there really wasn't anything else they could be doing?
That's basically the entire Three Hills detachment ๐
