The suit filed by ADA just this month seeking for the deregistration of NDC is now pending before Justice Umar of the Federal High Court, Abuja.
I expect NDC not to treat it with levity.
Ordinarily that suit ought to be thrown away by the court with heavy cost slammed on the Plaintiff but one is never too sure these days.
