umm, I also loved .NET/C#, in fact I am still using my 2007 "cardmark" 16kB utility for testing usb card readers, cards, anything flash; it was compiled against NETCF for WinCE terminals but runs intentionally on any desktop .NET too (tiny winforms subset) ... but, these days, actually since spring, I would try to redo the same testsuite algorithm in flutter/dart, maybe (or even try to flush more variants, maybe typescript on deno, who knows, ... btw tried spring-boot/postgress angular chrome crx (steered on codex, few hours) to backup all my (200k) bookmarks, only as try to see the code ... (never did nothing based on this yet), codex can do the factory job now; (btw, this last thing was in local git, but not pushed to gihub, just before I myself as total "pro" nuked my C by linux calamares on nvme0n1 default ... so it vanished; nevermind ... codex can redo this in minutes based on one paragraph of specs and existing db ...) this spring changed lot of things ... cheers;
