CSM pearl I use daily- Dix and Epley are not velocity dependent, it's the head position in relat to gravity- great for anxious/geriatric pop

It was an atypical BPPV kind of day... Even had an acute inpatient BPPV consult
Pt today c LP-BPPV, when doing the modified Epley otoconia kept retrograding back, couldn't get it to pass c liberatory either. Thoughts?
Great CSM programming- canine thoracic mob, gait velocity, external cues and lots of vestibular! #CSM2014 #latetweet2/2stolenphone

Tweeting my clinical experience... Much harder than anticipated for women's health rotation. I loved living vicariously through peers tho!
Last day... Worked with patient with prosthetic eye and tunnel vision in the other... I'd have balance issues too!
Learned a diastasis correction today, and did a lot of practice with pelvic and sacral muscle energy techniques.
Went on rounds with neuro physician today and saw MVA, Parkinson's, and ICU pt with quadrantanopsia and left-sided neglect #goodday
Used manual diaphragm stretching on a pt today #thanksorthogroup
