I also had a lot of “dead” accounts following me. Sure I had 10k followers or whatever, but so many were people who left the platform.
Being a therapist is a really difficult job. You have to actually sit there and actually listen to another human being pour their heart out. Then do paperwork, and listen to another person. It's emotional, it's draining- but it's important.

And studies show that this is true! It takes that real human connection to heal.
