Spent some more time on the North Side of #Pittsburgh this evening and my goodness were the conditions perfect. Though not all the trees are at peak, this one sure was, and the light couldn't have been better as a Norfolk Southern train rolled through. Tons more to share.
Finally sharing a view from the peak of yesterday's sunrise in #Pittsburgh, and boy was it a doozy. I chose this spot under the West End Bridge, as I wanted to include the barges on the Ohio River along with the towboat. Even got low enough to catch the reflection as well.

OK, Pittsburgh. Tomorrow is our 1st show of the year. It's all ages. It's at a beautiful outdoor brewery & the weather is supposed to be perfect. There are just 3 bands, all killer no filler. It's an early concert. And it is FREE.

While it's pretty overcast now in #Pittsburgh, sunrise actually wasn't too bad at all. There was enough of an opening to allow some color to hit the clouds, and the sun looked cool nestled in the middle of the skyline as it shone a spotlight on the Duquesne Incline below.
What a morning. Got up at 2:45 to make it into #Pittsburgh a little after 3:00. I had three shots I wanted to capture of the moon, and this was the first, with the near full moon framed perfectly over the Duquesne Incline. One of my favorite lunar compositions, hands down.
I know it's late, and I know the Buccos didn't win, but at least the fireworks after the day were awesome as they lit up the sky over #Pittsburgh. It was the biggest show of the year, and I loved how they were shot off the roof of PNC Park as well. Lots more to come.
