From the way you held it and your message, I'm sure it has sprayed you. The chemical it sprayed you with, pederin, is more potent than cobra venom. You're holding a rove beetle, commonly called skirt and blouse in Nigeria. Let me prepare your mind for what's coming. You'll soon start noticing a reddish swelling that burns on your skin. It would look like hot water was poured on you. If you rub the affected part with other parts, it may also spread. The symptom persists for a week or more. To avoid the spreading of symptoms, wash the affected area with clean, fresh water and soap and in case of eyes rinse them with fresh water. There are antibiotics and pharmaceutical creams (topical steroids) that you can get to help with alleviate the symptoms. You can go to the hospital for this. Female rove beetles are the only ones that can manufacture pederin. Males can only store little that they got from their mother when she laid the eggs.
Good morning @arojinle1 I was bitten by this ant earlier today in a very sensitive area, and the pain has been surprisingly intense ever since. I've already tried a few common remedies, but the discomfort is still there. I've attached a picture of the ant because I don't know exactly what species it is. Could you help identify it and possibly explain why the bite is this painful? Also, what would be the best treatment or first aid for something like this? I'd really appreciate your insight.

CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY vs DEED OF ASSIGNMENT vs POWER OF ATTORNEY vs LAND PURCHASE RECEIPT A lot of people buy land in Nigeria without fully understanding the documents involved. Some people even believe that once they have a receipt, they automatically own the land.Legally, that is not always correct. These documents serve different purposes, and understanding them can save you from serious land problems. šŸ“Œ 1. CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY (C of O) A Certificate of Occupancy is an official document issued by the government showing that a person has a legal right to occupy and use land. It is evidence of a Right of Occupancy under the Land Use Act and is usually granted for 99 years. It remains one of the strongest proofs of title in Nigeria. Example: If the government allocates land to Mr. Ogidi and issues him a C of O, the government officially recognizes him as the holder of that land. 🄢 C of O = Government-recognized title. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ šŸ“Œ 2. DEED OF ASSIGNMENT A Deed of Assignment is the document used to transfer ownership or interest in land from one person to another. This is the document that shows the seller has transferred his rights to the buyer. For proper legal protection, it should be: Properly signed, Stamped and Registered Example: Mr. Emeka sells his land to Mr. Abiola, A Deed of Assignment is prepared to transfer ownership to Mr. Emeka. 🄢 Deed of Assignment = Transfer of ownership/title. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ šŸ“Œ 3. POWER OF ATTORNEY A Power of Attorney gives another person authority to act on behalf of the owner regarding land or property. It may authorize someone to manage, negotiate, sell, or handle land transactions on behalf of the owner. However, a Power of Attorney is NOT the proper document used to transfer title or ownership of land. A proper transfer of title is usually done through a Deed of Assignment or other valid title documents. Example: Mr. Ben travels abroad and gives Mr. Tony a Power of Attorney to manage or sell his land on his behalf. 🄢 Power of Attorney = Authority to act, not transfer of title. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ šŸ“Œ 4. LAND PURCHASE RECEIPT A land purchase receipt only shows that money was paid for land. On its own, it is not sufficient proof of ownership. Relying only on a receipt without proper title documents can be risky. Example: If Mr. Frank pays for land and receives only a receipt, but no Deed of Assignment or title documents, his ownership may still be challenged. 🄢 Land Purchase Receipt = Evidence of payment only. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ šŸ“Œ Before buying land: šŸ‘‰ Verify the title šŸ‘‰ Conduct proper search šŸ‘‰ Use the right documents šŸ‘‰ Involve a lawyer Secure your land the right way. I will never ever understand why people set themselves up this way. No upside for everyone directly and remotely involved. More people need to understand multiple order effects of their actions. Twitter is merciless. Whatever mercy they show you at the point your sob story is being told, they will return to troll you with it a million times over. And it will never end.
So, as a man, you came on Twitter to tell the whole world how your wife cheated on you or how you cheated on your wife. Please what exactly do you hope to achieve with that? What do you want a possible future wife to think of you, other than that you’re a weak and inferior man?šŸ™„

IF YOU ARE OWING A LOAN RIGHT NOW… READ THIS BEFORE YOU PANIC. Because what I’m about to tell you might save you from fear… harassment… and costly mistakes. I saw this comment in one of my recent post.. ā€œI borrowed money… now they’ve sent someone to my house… I’m scared… I don’t even have the money to pay nowā€¦ā€ And I said to myself… ā€œThis is not a money problem… this is a knowledge problem.ā€ FIRST... If you are owing a loan… DO NOT RUN. Because... Running will only make the situation worse. Let me be very honest with you… No licensed loan company can force you to pay money you genuinely DO NOT HAVE. YES. Read that again. As a Nigeria Financial Literacy Advocate, let me explain this with a simple story in a way that even Mama Ngozi that sells Tomatoes in the Village will understand. Imagine: Mama Ngozi… sells tomatoes in the village. One day, she borrows ₦500,000 from the village head to restock her shop. Agreement: 10% interest every month Now... Mama Ngozi smiles and says: ā€œAh… 10% is small naā€¦ā€ But she doesn’t understand something… That... 10% per month = 120% per year. Meaning… ₦500,000 can turn into ₦1,000,000 Now business slows down… She cannot pay. What should she do? WRONG MOVE: She runs away. She stops picking calls. She hides. Result? Interest keeps growing Pressure increases Fear increases RIGHT MOVE: Mama Ngozi goes back to the village head and says: ā€œOga… I am not running… I am ready to pay… but I don’t have everything nowā€¦ā€ ā€œI need a plan.ā€ That one sentence changes everything. If you are in this situation… Follow this step-by-step: 1: CONTACT THEM YOURSELF Don’t wait for pressure. Call them. Say clearly: ā€œYes, I’m owing.ā€ ā€œI’m not running.ā€ ā€œI want to pay.ā€ This alone reduces 50% of the tension. 2: NEGOTIATE THE INTEREST This is where most people don’t know their power. If your loan has grown too much… Ask them to FREEZE or REDUCE interest For Example: ā€œMama Ngozi borrowed ₦500k… now it’s ₦1m… she will say: i cannot handle this… let’s restructure it.ā€ Many will agree if you show seriousness. 3: REQUEST A PAYMENT PLAN This is called LOAN RESTRUCTURING. For Example: If you earn ₦200k Salary monthly: Pay ₦20k - ₦40k monthly (10%–20%) Not everything at once oooh. Because... Consistency is more important than pressure. 4: NEVER USE ALL YOUR INCOME This is where many people destroy themselves. They try to pay everything at once… Then… They borrow another loan to survive And enter a cycle of debt. Don’t do that. That's what we called "Financial Trap" Now... LET ME CLEAR YOUR FEAR... Many people are scared of arrest. But let me tell you the truth: Owing a loan is NOT a criminal offense. YES. It is a CIVIL matter. Even if they take you to police… You can say: ā€œYes, I’m owing.ā€ ā€œI don’t have it now.ā€ ā€œHere is my payment plan.ā€ Case closed. But...Iking.... WHEN DOES IT BECOME A PROBLEM? Oya relax... let me explain.... It's Only when: You run away You ignore them You refuse to communicate That’s when pressure increases. Debt is not your enemy. Ignorance is. Because… The same loan that can build you… Can destroy you… if you don’t understand it. So... Here's my Advice: Don’t be afraid. Be responsible. Face it. Structure it. Pay it small small. And move on with your life. Read this again. Because one decision you make today… Can either trap you in debt… Or set you free. Ā© Iking Ferry

How to Open a Domiciliary (Dollar) Account in Nigeria. If you earn in naira and have not started saving in dollars, you are watching your future shrink quietly. Let me show you exact simple way to open a dollar account. āœ… 1. Choose your bank. UBA, GTB, Zenith, Access, Stanbic — all give domiciliary accounts. UBA is one of the easiest for first-timers. āœ… 2. Walk into the branch with your BVN, NIN, valid ID, utility bill (within 3 months), and 2 passport photographs. āœ… 3. Request to open a USD domiciliary account (you can also choose GBP or EUR, but USD is the most useful for most Nigerians). āœ… 4. Fund it with at least $100 — most banks allow this minimum. Some allow lower. āœ… 5. Set up online banking access so you can receive dollar inflows from clients, family abroad, or platforms like Payoneer and Wise. You may ask, why do you need a dollar account, out of many of its importance, part of it is that when the naira loses 30% in a year, your dollar account does not. That way your money is protected somehow. Your finance must be better! Ā© cynthiachinasa

You see this niqoby. Wallahi her husband is a very good responsible man. Only Allah knows who used sihr for him. And he lost every of his property to bet . He has a house. The house has been collected to pay his loan. Before that, no one knows where he is and the wife has to vacate the house sleeping around. This is a family that are living comfortably and even assist people. I watched one of the videos where they were doing ruqyah for him. I cried. And now, nobody knows his whereabouts and the niqoby has been the only one catering for the three children This is the same woman that her husband takes 100% of her responsibility and she is not even allowed to work. But, everything just turned upside down. She had to apply for a teaching job and guess how much they are paying her #18,000. Owo kini 😪😪😪. Even in this situation, she never relent praying for him No one knows his whereabouts. I also tried my possible best to inform the like of some brothers last year. Dear sisters and brothers, Anything can happen in a twinkle of an eye. Do not joke with your Adhkar. Evil eye is real If you can assist for Allah's sake, any amount no matter how little 3031515786 Polaris Olawumi Kafayat Akanji
