Happy #FlagDay! 🇺🇸 Today, we honor the symbol of our nation and the values it represents—freedom, unity, and service. At Iona Prep, we are proud to instill these ideals in our young men, inspiring them to lead with integrity and faith in the spirit of Blessed Edmund Rice!
Whether you're heading to Jack Kaiser Stadium or watching remotely, make sure you're rooting for @GaelsBaseball vs. St. Dominic's as varsity looks to defend its NYS Catholic State title starting at 7 p.m. tonight!

Many thanks to our Fathers' Club and @IonaPrepLower families who came out for yesterday's Carnival. Between the inflatable games and obstacles, to the kickball, dodgeball & magic show, our boys had a blastie. Dunking Assistant Principal Aceto was bonus.

Today's #WednesdayWisdom comes from our Kindergarteners who "Moved-Up" yesterday. They have grown to be curious, kind and confident learners. Eight will matriculate to 1st grade, while the other 6 now become our Pre-K big brothers. #InvestInspireIgnite

Players covered in clay, dirt and "back-to-back" T-shirts from GC Reliable. Coaches barely doused, but 1 covered in celebratory sauce & meatballs. They were the well-earned rewards of a dominating 7-1 win and second consecutive CYO baseball title for our 7th & 8th Grade squad.
Members of the Iona Prep community were honored at the 2026 Don Bosco Dreams Gala at Glen Island Harbour Club. The evening featured performances by the Iona Prep Irish Musicians. Archbishop Emeritus Timothy Folan was also in attendance. It was a wonderful night!
Thank you to the IP Hockey class of 2026. Your hard work, sacrifice, and passion for the game have helped lay the foundation for the future of Iona Prep Hockey. We are proud of everything you’ve accomplished both on and off the ice!
