Couples who do this are 85% more likely stay together.
They make small sacrifices for each other.
It’s not the big gestures that keep you together. It’s the daily commitments.
-Take minute to listen. -Help with a task that isn't yours. -Put down your phone when your spouse needs your attention. -Choose "us" over convenience.
Over time, those small sacrifices become trust, connection, and a relationship that lasts.
What's one small thing your spouse or partner does that means a lot to you?

What’s the first thing you should do as a leader when taking over a new team or organization?
I asked @CoachJonSumrall the new head coach of the Florida Gators and his answer was awesome!
Look under the hood. Ask your new team questions.
-What’s been working well? What should we keep doing?
- What’s not working well? What should we change?
Right now, 89,000 unidentified image series of children being sexually abused have been seen by law enforcement — but these children have yet to be identified and are still waiting to be found due to resource and manpower shortages, every day we don't act is another day they're in harm's way.
Today, we acted. I am grateful to our congressional leaders for getting this lifesaving legislation over the finish line, and to the law enforcement who never stop fighting for these kids.
My prayer is that hope is renewed for many more boys and girls, and that their stories will be different because of this legislation. When we come together, real change can happen —and this is just the beginning.
When you meet @CoachJonSumrall you immediately know why he’s won everywhere he’s been. Amazing leader. After speaking to his team I know he’s going to build another winner at Florida! These guys were awesome and I loved sharing the 7 Commitments of a Great Team with them. The future is bright in Gainesville.
Never let rejection keep you from your mission and purpose.
