London now has reached 3,000 zero-emission buses 🚍
Up from just 30 in 2016, this marks a major milestone in the @MayorofLondon's work to clean up toxic air, improve public health, and cut carbon emissions.
Our investment is also supporting thousands of skilled manufacturing jobs across the UK, driving the shift to greener transport. We’re also upgrading infrastructure, including energy-efficient LED lighting at bus stops to reduce energy use and CO₂.
