#Recall: In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, we’re recalling the LU-PH3-B power interface for LED tape light kits, in keeping with our commitment to caring for our customers with superior goods and services. The recalled power interface was sold individually and with Lumaris RGB Tunable White LED Tape Light Starter Kits for HomeWorks and RadioRA 3 lighting systems. The affected model numbers are LU-PH3-B (power interface) and HWL-MTK-RT-IN and RRL-MTK-RT-IN (Lumaris LED tape light kits). The power interface could fail during a significant power surge, such as a lightning strike, posing a shock hazard to consumers if they touch the LED tape lights. Users should immediately stop using the affected power interface and any connected lighting and contact Lutron for a free replacement power interface.
