It's outrageous, and this is tolerated in Canada! Is there a single Sikh leader in Canada who can condemn the images of child suicide bombers?
What in the world????

Last week in Montreal, the Liberal Party of Canada passed a resolution setting the legal age for access to social media for Canadians at 16. For now, this is a non-binding resolution. But make no mistake. Mark Carney has already stated that a "social media age of majority is under consideration" as part of his government's online harms legislation. These same Liberals who are currently defending Bill C-8, a veritable "digital guillotine", allowing Ottawa to cut off your Internet access without a warrant or trial; now want to decide at what age your children are mature enough to speak online. This is not about protecting children, but rather about control. The Liberals' plan to force tech companies to verify the age of every Canadian user means: mass surveillance, mass data collection, and the end of online privacy. They want to force you to provide official identification simply to open a social media account. They want to create a national database cataloguing every Canadian's digital identity. And they want the government, not parents, to decide what your children can see, say, and do online. We don't want an authoritarian and paternalistic state. We will never support an age restriction on access to social media. It is important to understand that the Criminal Code contains several clauses prohibiting harming children online. Perhaps more resources need to be allocated to law enforcement to enforce the criminal code and protect children. We do not need more laws. Furthermore, while the Criminal Code can deter and punish those who harm children online, no law can effectively replace the attention, guidance, and supervision of parents. Parents are their children's first line of defense. They have the right and the duty to protect them by putting safeguards in place regarding their access to the Internet, including social media. At the People's Party of Canada, we believe in a very simple principle: PARENTS raise children. That is not the role of governments. The solution to online harms is not a blanket government ban that punishes all young people. The solution lies in parental responsibility, digital literacy, and holding big tech accountable, not in giving Ottawa more power to spy on Canadians.

Last week, the Carney government launched its latest attack on free speech online. They call it stopping “harmful” content. I call it censorship. Bill C-34 creates a new bureaucracy: the Digital Safety Commission of Canada. Its job will be to police what you say and read online. Under the guise of “protecting children,” this bill forces social media platforms and AI companies to mitigate exposure to "hate speech.” A “hate speech ” is a “content that expresses detestation or vilification” of an individual or group of individuals based on prohibited grounds of discrimination. But, courts have always required that "hatred" be extreme to be a crime. This new definition does not include the term "extreme," contrary to case law. The government therefore broadens the definition of "hatred.” Furthermore, the concept of "hate" will no longer be decided by judges. This decision will be made by unelected bureaucrats and scared tech employees facing $10 million fines. Social media companies and AI companies concerned about facing fines will likely err on the side of censoring more expression by blocking it or filtering it out. Most shockingly, the bill would censor the output of artificial intelligence like ChatGPT to ensure they don’t give “harmful” answers on sensitive topics. This will result in AI that refuse to give honest answers on unpopular viewpoints. And a sanitized internet where people cannot have difficult conversations and debates on subjects not politically correct, like it happened during the COVID hysteria. To keep kids under 16 off social media, the bill would force platforms to verify your age. This could involve requiring all adults to present a driver's license to create an account. Let me be clear: the People’s Party of Canada will always support protecting children from real harm. But “safety” does not mean censorship. This is not a child safety bill. It is a bill of control and censorship. A free and democratic society protects speech that is distasteful, unpopular, or contrary to the mainstream. Without that, democracy dies. We will not trade liberty for the illusion of safety. We will not let Ottawa become the online speech police.

“(…) the specifics of Carney's food strategy are chock full of harmful policies. It involves more than $3 billion of spending over 10 years. Canada's food system is about to become more expensive and less secure thanks to Mark Carney's new National Food Security Strategy, which expands government control over food production and sales.” The Carney government is borrowing and spending billions of dollars we don't have on subsidies and imposing more regulations and controls, when what we need is more free markets. The first step to ensuring food affordability is to abolish the dairy, poultry, and egg cartel. Neither the Liberals nor the fake Conservatives will do it.

“In the spring of 2022, Wagner told Le Devoir the Freedom Convoy was “the beginning of anarchy” and said some protesters had set out to “take other citizens hostage.” Strong words. (…) the appeal over Ottawa's use of the Emergencies Act is now before his court, and Wagner won't step aside. (…) The test for recusal has never turned on what a judge privately believes he can set aside. It turns on how a failure to recuse looks to a reasonable, informed observer. “Justice should not only be done,” as Lord Hewart put it a century ago, “but should manifestly and undoubtedly be seen to be done.” Hard to see how a chief justice who called the convoy an act of anarchy can be seen to approach an appeal about it with an open mind. (…) There are reasons judges are increasingly viewed as obstacles to the popular will: Canadians have watched the Supreme Court override Parliament on the questions they care about most.” DON'T ASK ME WHY CANADIANS HAVE LOST FAITH IN OUR INSTITUTIONS!

Dear Albertans, For decades, Ottawa has treated your province not as an equal partner in Confederation, but as a subordinate and an ATM. The unfair equalization formula has taken your wealth for 61 years. You’ve sent billions of dollars and have never received a single penny back. In October 2021, 62% of you voted in a referendum to stop this wealth drain. And nobody is listening to you. Certainly not the Liberals. And not the Conservatives who take your vote for granted while doing nothing for you. You’re right to be enraged. Ottawa blocks your pipelines, strangles your energy sector, kills your jobs, and then demands your money. They want your wealth but deny you the means to earn more. I share your frustration. Now you have a chance to be heard. On October 19, you will answer a critical question:  “Should Alberta remain a province of Canada or should the Government of Alberta commence the legal process required under the Canadian Constitution to hold a binding provincial referendum on whether or not Alberta should separate from Canada?” You have two options: Should Alberta REMAIN a province, or COMMENCE the legal process to hold a binding referendum on separation?  The “Remain” option changes nothing. That’s the status quo. Alberta remains a colony of Ottawa’s imperial federalism.  That means allowing the federal government to continue interfering into provincial affairs with its unconstitutional laws, regulations and spending programs on sectors such as healthcare, natural resources development, education, and others.  That means pipelines being held hostage to costly carbon capture schemes, industrial carbon taxes killing your competitiveness, no equalization reform and zero control over immigration. The “Commence the legal process” option is the only way to a strong Alberta. Voting to start the legal process for a secession referendum launches genuine negotiations for greater autonomy for Alberta. It puts a knife to the throat of Ottawa’s establishment. It gives you bargaining power. Poilievre’s fake Conservatives and Carney’s Liberals will work together and promise you autonomy, just like they promised Quebec at the last referendum.  The result was the opposite, even with a very close 49/51% vote. More centralization and more trampling of provincial jurisdictions, including another bunch of unconstitutional federal programs created by Justin Trudeau in recent years: national daycare, pharmacare, dental care.  Don’t believe them. History shows Ottawa only listens when faced with a credible democratic threat to its authority. The federalist camp will lie and say a “Commence” vote means separation, and also untold catastrophes and the end of the world as we know it. That's not the case.  It’s a vote to start negotiations that could of course lead to separation, but not necessarily. It’s also a vote for an end to federal imperialism. A vote for autonomy, for fairness, for respect. As in Quebec, that’s very likely what the large majority of voters want in Alberta, and that’s what would be by far the best outcome for everyone. And to genuine Alberta separatists who want a more radical break anyway, I say: be patient. That debate comes later, after a strong “Commence” vote and possibly failed negotiations. The People’s Party of Canada stands with all of you who are fed up with the status quo and want a radical change, whether it’s radical decentralization – as my party has been proposing for years – or outright separation.  We support the “Commence” option. We believe in a united Canada, but unity cannot be forced through coercion and constitutional overreach. True unity requires respect for our Constitution. This is your moment Albertans. The time for decisive action is now.  But, let's be clear: Ottawa doesn’t listen to polite demands. It doesn’t listen to reason. It only listens to power.  Use your power. Vote to COMMENCE this legal process. Vote for a new beginning for you and the country.

Anti-immigrant sentiment is growing in Europe and North America. Why? Because of the mass immigration and multiculturalism policies that elites have imposed on their citizens. We need a MORATORIUM on all forms of immigration and the abolition of the policy of multiculturalism and its funding.
