We are looking for talented and aspirant leaders from a range of diverse backgrounds to take part within our Board Development Delegate – which is now in its third cohort. As an aspiring senior leader, our programme will help you to gain practical hands-on experience, knowledge, and insight into what it takes to be an Executive and Non-Executive director within a large and complex organisation such as ours. Upon completion, it is our hope that this programme will support your progress towards future voluntary or substantive posts in the public, private and voluntary sectors (including school and college governor roles).
