That melody from the Hinterland Who’s Who spots really brought me back during tonight’s episode of @SonOfACritchTV! I hadn’t heard that for years, but it really stood out to me both times. The small details in this show really make it feel authentic. Nice touch, @markcritch!

Should hot sauce be kept in the fridge?
One of the shelves in my fridge is getting overtaken with hot sauces. The labels say to refrigerate after opening. I’ve seen articles that say keep them out. What do you do?

Well, I guess I’ll keep things in the fridge. As a follow up, I made some wings and had my own little “Hot Ones” style lineup. JFC, that Bollywood sauce is hot!
