10th/6/26 I attended the Annual National Stakeholders Breakfast Dialogue under Youth Inclusion ,Governance &accountability. We discussed ground challenges and policy gaps in implementing wealth creation programs and we later gave in policy recommendations for the best of Uganda

While attending the Annual National Stakeholders' Breakfast Dialogue under the Youth Inclusion, Governance and Accountability (#YIGAProject) organised by @Restless_Uganda, our Secretary, @Turya_osborn encouraged young people to actively pursue opportunities created through government programmes and policy reforms. He noted that many young people remain unaware of existing provisions that support youth participation in local government procurement and emphasised the need for increased awareness and engagement to enable youth to benefit from these opportunities. The dialogue brought together representatives from civil society and youth leaders from Karamoja and West Nile under the theme:"Youth Unemployment: A Perspective on Government Wealth Creation Initiatives and Inclusive Governance for Sustainable Development." @Moglsd_UG

John Bosco, Chairperson of the Youth Council in Nabilatuk, emphasized the need for financial literacy and ongoing mentorship for young people benefiting from empowerment programmes.
