Okay so I used this menstrual disc on the heaviest day of my period and with no underwear. I was out drinking and dancing to amapiano, not holding back at all. NO. LEAKS. Not a drop! And the little finger ridge makes it easy to insert/remove.

I know for some people who menstruate this isn’t workable. But really it has given me a ton of benefits with only small draw backs, and removal isn’t has messy as you might think. I use @Saaltco soft cup, but have tried lots!

I will say, I have had great success with the @Saaltco cup!
If you have access/ability to use this instead, highly recommend.
Tampons, a necessity for many, are becoming harder and harder to find.
