Okay so I started using SAALT menstrual panties and I *really* like them. I think I’m done with pads! Gotta try out their menstrual cup & I’ll get back with y’all but these panties?! 9 out of 10! And they are actually safe!
Now this is why we made the Saalt Travel Kit. Just fill up the Saalt Squeeze Bottle before you head into the stall to rinse your cup or disc over the toilet!

Okay so I used this menstrual disc on the heaviest day of my period and with no underwear. I was out drinking and dancing to amapiano, not holding back at all. NO. LEAKS. Not a drop! And the little finger ridge makes it easy to insert/remove.
Many girls lack adequate sanitary products (even underwear) and are forced to use old rags, banana fibres, leaves etc
Today, at St. Francis Nalubira in Rakai, we are telling the girls that ‘No more rags’ They have got menstrual cups and @Saaltco underwear. @arnolddroty

I know for some people who menstruate this isn’t workable. But really it has given me a ton of benefits with only small draw backs, and removal isn’t has messy as you might think. I use @Saaltco soft cup, but have tried lots!
Tampons, a necessity for many, are becoming harder and harder to find.
People who menstruate are saying it's hard to find tampons on store shelves across the U.S. right now, as supply chain upsets reach the feminine care aisle.
