Looks like this is the 2nd J6 pardonee I met near the UFC event at the White House on Sunday.
The guy in the white shirt didn't give me or this interviewer his name. Reverse image searches make clear he is most likely Ryan Yates.

Walking south in 15 Street I overheard a guy say he signed something as “J6 Pardon.”
I walked up, introduced myself and asked if I could interview him.
He said he would rather not because he was with his son.
