Unfortunately, I will not be at the ASA meetings to accept it. Instead, I will be respecting the @Soc4Pal boycott. The association's leadership has stifled democracy within the organization by suppressing member's voices on the ongoing genocide in Gaza.

No. The BDS movement has upheld the universal right to academic freedom, as provided in the UN International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and the International Covenant on Economic, Social, and Cultural Rights.
