In 2023, we signed a 2 year licensing agreement (now expired) to try and get Supercute moving again. Part of that was taking over the website hosting through Amazon AWS.
We are unable to access that account and are out hundreds of dollars 🧵
Unfortunately the Supercute owners claim they no longer have access to the email that's linked to the root account and Amazon refuses to remove the credit card on file without us being able to log in.
And our credit card provider is unable to block specific transitions.
We really didn't want to take this public but we're out ~$400 since all parties agreed that it didn't make sense to keep paying, and unless the Supercute owners can reset our password, we're going to continue to get charged $51/month indefinitely.
