The Jordan Schroeder that was mentioned in today's comic was made in dedication to a friend who lost their battle with depression last month.
Schroeder was a high school friend who'd constantly encouraged me to keep making art, and this was my way to immortalize their influence.

Today I was made aware that Rosa, Maria, and Maricela made an appearance in Eddsworld's "Surf n Turf Wars Part 1" episode.
I was a part of the EW team in the comics and illustrations department around the time this was in production and had no idea they did this. This was such an incredibly sweet gesture.
