Next steps for Brendan Sorsby, per his agent Ron Slavin of Lift Management. Sorsby’s lawyers will withdraw the court filing in Texas today, which will make Sorsby ineligible again. Once that’s formalized, they’ll apply for the NFL Supplemental Draft, likely in next 24 hours.

Big 12’s legal threat puts Brendan Sorsby in a dilemma: continue on this path, possibly subjecting Tech to a sanction (protected by federal injunction) -OR- apply for the NFL supplemental draft (deadline is next Monday). However, a twist: Sorsby may not have access to the draft.
