Alabama’s student football ticket package is $300 plus a $6 fee in 2026, up $50 YoY, and $175 from 2024, which suggests the athletic department is leaning into the market value of @BryantDenny_UA demand. However, the school remains committed to preserving access for the die-hard fans central to the in-stadium experience. "Part of how we've tried to not increase ticket prices more is we've gone after the secondary market some, for those who use Alabama Saturdays as a revenue generator ...in order to keep prices at a more reasonable number. We've had a lot of very happy Alabama fans who wanted better seats who have been able to upgrade their seating location and at the same time too, us not having to maybe, increase the price in the market as dramatically as what demand is probably there for."

Next steps for Brendan Sorsby, per his agent Ron Slavin of Lift Management. Sorsby’s lawyers will withdraw the court filing in Texas today, which will make Sorsby ineligible again. Once that’s formalized, they’ll apply for the NFL Supplemental Draft, likely in next 24 hours.

Per the complaint, the Big 12, presidents & ADs have requested that Tech not play Sorsby but the school “has not agreed,” resulting in league considering “monetary sanctions and/or ban on competing in the Big 12 championship game.” Story at @YahooSports - yhoo.it/43BcJzA
