Think of these as Adjustments you can set before the game
Let's say you want to do these 5 things every play on Defense
1. Pinch your DL
2. Shade your Coverage Underneath
3. Spy your Defensive End
4. Contain
5. Blitz your Slot Corner
You can actually set that as a "Custom Adjustment" (also called a Macro in-game)
And from there- you'll be able to call that Custom Adjustment before the play, or at the Line Of Scrimmage
