Recently finished this (lovely) Penguin English Library edition of Under the Greenwood Tree. Years ago I swore never to read Hardy again because he is so bleak. But the simplicity of this (his first) novel is charming and no less evocative or thought-provoking for it.
Excellent piece featuring top fiction publisher @annamouse on our Bridgerton success thebookseller.com/news/piatk…

At my desk again after 20 weeks of shared parental leave. Great to be back!
Fantastic collaboration between ⁦@studio_of_ideas⁩ and ⁦@EBeswetherick⁩ for #TheAuPair here to create a high-impact blue that stands out on the shelf this much, even when surrounded by lots of other blue covers. Unputdownable novel and #greatdesign

Fascinating episode. As one of the guests said, IoT is a lot more than the toaster talking to the fridge... This discussion gets to the heart of a lot of today’s tech-driven societal changes. podcasts.apple.com/gb/podcas…
