True maternal health equity cannot happen in a silo. For a long time, Reproductive, Maternal, & Newborn Health (RMNH) has been wrongly labeled as "a women's issue." But to save mothers, we must talk about men as allies. Here is why we are integrating men. 👇

(The impact? An incredible mindset shift. Men are now stepping up as active allies, accompanying their wives to hospitals from the first ANC visit all the way to postnatal care. Safe motherhood is a shared responsibility! 🤝🇰🇪 #MenAsAllies #SafeMotherhood #WRAListens

No woman should lose her life giving life. On #WorldBloodDonorDay, @WRA_K urges everyone to step up. PPH (severe bleeding after birth) is Kenya's top maternal killer.Midwives can't save lives with empty shelves; blood must be on the shelves before the crisis hits.🩸👇

We do not claim to be the experts. The true experts on #RMNH in Kenya are the women living it daily in our informal settlements, pastoralist communities & rural areas. Our job isn’t to speak for them. It’s to step back, & hand over the microphone.

63 years ago, Kenya won the power to shape our future. But freedom loses its joy when bringing life costs a life to preventable causes. We must direct self-rule toward strengthening accountability & funding so childbirth never costs a life. 🇰🇪 #MadarakaDay2026 #WRAKenya

Maybe answers aren't in louder systems or newer tech, but in what communities know: life is interconnected, no one thrives alone, wellbeing is shared. Next week @WRA_K joins Perennial Gathering (Japan): trust, care, relationships. The future is remembered, not invented

Healthcare in Kenya isn’t just policy; it’s lived reality. 🇰🇪 From Kajiado to Vihiga to Nairobi’s informal settlements, women are the experts on their own lives. They don't need "definitions"; they need solutions to the barriers they face every day.

Our #AskListenAct approach disrupts the top-down status quo. Systemic change fails when the community isn’t at the center. We’re shifting power to the grassroots, equipping women to self-determine their health priorities through #WhatWomenWant.

For a long time, health systems have been designed for women, but rarely with them. 🇰🇪 By listening to 3.5M women across 47 counties, we are shifting the power dynamic. From legislative reform in Kajiado to national policy changes, women voices is our most powerful evidence.
