I think men AND WOMEN need somewhere to put their aggression. Not rage. Not stupidity. Not acting like a lunatic in traffic because they left out the Chick-fil-A sauce. I mean we need controlled aggression. Explosiveness. Violence with discipline. Power with purpose. That’s why boxing is one of the best things a person can do. It trains your lungs, shoulders, hips, core, balance, reflexes, footwork, and it burns stress like gasoline on newspaper. And you don’t need a fancy gym. 👇 🚨Go to Walmart. Buy one of these $40 orange buoys. Fill it with water. (Get a pointed fireman nozzle $5) Hang it up. Wrap your hands. Start throwing. Jabs. Crosses. Hooks. Uppercuts. Move your feet. Breathe. Reset. Hit it again. You’ll find out real quick what kind of shape you’re actually in. Boxing doesn’t just build cardio. It builds controlled aggression. And I think most of us desperately need both right now.

As we age, we lose our fascination with things….we get bored. If we can, in fact, change our life expectancy to 200 years, what do we do about boredom and depression?
This is WILD! Ray Kurzweil, the futurist who predicted the internet, smartphones, and AI says aging ends by 2032 (Save this) Kurzweil, now 78 years old, told a live audience that humanity will reach longevity escape velocity by 2032 and he explained exactly what that means with mathematical precision. Right now, for every year you live, you get back approximately five months of life expectancy from medical and scientific progress meaning you are losing roughly seven months of net life per calendar year. Longevity escape velocity is the threshold where that ratio flips, for every year you live, you get back a full year or more from scientific progress, meaning your biological clock starts running backward. Kurzweil's prediction is that threshold hits by 2032 and beyond that point, you do not simply stop dying of aging, you actively get younger every year. The mechanism is AI-driven drug discovery at a scale that was physically impossible five years ago. By 2030, Kurzweil argues, AI will be able to take a biological problem, generate millions of potential drug candidates, screen all of them, and run trials on simulated digital populations compressing decades of clinical research into weeks. This is already happening. David Sinclair's lab at Harvard used AI to virtually screen 8 billion molecules against aging targets and is now preparing human trials moving from $400,000 gene therapies toward a $100 pill that can reset biological age by 50 to 95% in four weeks. Sinclair has already demonstrated the ability to reverse aging in mammals restoring sight in mice with optic nerve damage and reversing Alzheimer's symptoms in lab models. Kurzweil's track record is what makes the 2032 claim impossible to dismiss. He predicted the internet's global dominance in 1990, the defeat of a world chess champion by a computer in 1998, pocket-sized devices as primary communications tools in 1999, and AI passing professional exams in the mid-2020s, all before anyone else was saying it publicly. If you are under 60 and in reasonable health, his message is stay alive, stay healthy, and get to 2032. The tools on the other side of that date will be unlike anything medicine has ever produced.

The character of a man is easy to assess simply by observing consistency and inconsistencies in; What they do, What they don’t do, What they say and What they don’t say. Proof of Work!
Good morning ☀️ everyone except the people who spend more time criticizing other people’s decisions than improving their own lives. ☕️

You were not created to be someone else’s clone! Not their anger. Not their fear. Not even their fake positivity. You don’t have to control them — — Just don’t let them control you. The moment they do, you stop being you and become a copy. I AM Space — Sunday, 10:30 AM ET.

Watching these international visitors experience America during the World Cup has honestly been freakin’ amazing! People walking into Buc-ee’s like they just discovered a new civilization. Costco blowing their minds. Refills confusing people. Whataburger and In-N-Out becoming tourist attractions. Folks eating Texas and Kansas City barbecue for the first time like they just met God’s personal pitmaster. Then you see Brazil take over an entire section of Times Square like it’s a national holiday, and Japan cleaning up after themselves in a stadium because honor and respect still mean something. And through all of it, you see people overwhelmed by the size, the energy, the hospitality, the food, the freedom, the weirdness, the friendliness, the absolute madness of this country. It reminds me of something we forget too often: America is still amazing. We fight. We complain. We argue about politics. We get tired of the noise. And no, I don’t always agree with whoever is in office. But watching people from all over the world come here and look around with genuine awe… man, it gives me chills. God, I freaking love this country. 🇺🇸

Father’s Day is almost here!👇👇 Most people don’t reject Christianity because they’ve studied it carefully. Most people reject a cartoon version they picked up from TikTok, a bitter uncle at Thanksgiving, or some guy online who learned the word “contradiction” and now thinks he’s Moses coming down some mountain. They know the slogans: “The Bible’s been changed.” “All religions are the same.” “Jesus was just a good teacher.” “Faith means believing without proof.” “Christians are hypocrites.” And I’ll be honest — a lot of Christians freeze when they hear those too. That’s why this book exists. This ain’t written for seminary professors or people who want to argue footnotes until everybody needs a nap. It’s for normal people who want to understand what Christianity actually claims and how to talk about it without sounding scared, defensive, or looking like an idiot. Christianity ain’t built on feelings, family tradition, your grandma’s biavuita, or trying to be a decent person who doesn’t honk too much in traffic. It starts with a claim about history: Jesus lived, He was publicly executed, and His followers said they saw Him alive again. That’s it. If that happened, everything changes. If it didn’t, Christianity falls apart. And here’s the wild part — Christianity ADMITS that. 🚨🚨The Bible puts the whole thing on the table and says if Christ wasn’t raised, our faith is empty.🚨🚨 That ain’t blind faith. That’s checking the foundation. This book helps you deal with the objections people love to throw around like mic drops. The Bible’s been changed? Okay — by who, when, where, and compared to what? All religions are the same? Not even close. They make completely different claims about God, sin, salvation, history, and eternity. Jesus was just a good teacher? That sounds polite until you remember He claimed authority over sin, life, death, judgment, and truth. You don’t have to win every argument. You don’t need a theology degree. You just need a foundation. Christianity ain’t fragile. The Bible ain’t hanging on by duct tape and wishful thinking. Jesus don’t fit in the “nice guy with sandals” category. God HIMSELF stepped into history! Jesus lived. Jesus died. Jesus rose. And once you truly understand that, you’ll never hear the old objections the same way again. amzn.to/4goLOOS
