fans at the screening have still been strict about spoilers so wdk anything for sure but so many of them are begging for season 2 it makes me think it had an open ending 😕
and people were right to be worried, the only reason it had little impact in the end was bc california passed their own net neutrality bill and ISPs decided it would be cheaper to respect that nationwide than maintain a separate system for the largest state in the country
without that bill things would legitimately have gone to shit lol, ISPs would have been free to block/throttle sites they didn’t like or charge users for access to certain sites
net neutrality is kind of like the y2k glitch or the ozone layer where people are like “lol why was everyone so worried” ignoring the fact that it was a genuine crisis that people worked hard to avert
The astroturfing of artists like Tiffany Day and Geese have lowkey ruined discovering new music for me because now I'm immediately suspicious of EVERYONE

sad to think that the GFIN fandom might die down after this week... i've loved getting to know the vibrant community on here around the show and i've loved how so many of us queer people in the fandom have connected with nakamura's story
when i saw loona in 2022 (without chuu) and was like “hey maybe next time i’ll get to see ot12! 😊” and then they disbanded three months later it kinda felt like this
stranger: did you know loona was my first concert
girl with a septum piercing: honestly it barely even hurt
class of 2020 student: dude we never even got a graduation
