Spitzer’s view resembles fuzzy white blotches against a black background, while Webb’s view appears much more focused and detailed. In Webb’s image, there are countless white stars dotting the scene, as well as yellow and orange background galaxies of various shapes. One prominent galaxy is a pale yellow spiral in the top left corner. Another defining feature is a large white star with long diffraction spikes, seen just to the right of the top center.
