You can be a developer here and handle the tech side of things, you can be a blockchain dev, a smart contract dev, dApp dev etc. - Bringing your real life skill here: Web 3 is a universe of its own, the same way you can have different skills in real life and get employed for it is the same way you can get employed based on your skills here. You can be a Web 3 photographer, for Web 3 people and projects, you can be a UI/Web designer for Web 3 products, you can be a writer for Web 3 projects, you can be a product manager, business developer, event planner, community manager etc for Web 3 projects, almost all skills get a position here.
