Couple of learnings I wrote down:
• @qvac/sdk (the JS wrapper) isn't out yet, so I built directly on Fabric LLM. Wrote a thin adapter so the swap is 1 file when the SDK ships.
• Small models multi-turn chat history = pattern-matching hell. Had to collapse prior turns into a single-user-message summary to stop Qwen 3B from replaying actions.
• 8GB M3 7B 16k context = OOM. Adaptive context sizing per model saved the demo.
