A bug in manifold's mev profit calculation accidentally showed that majority (>75%) of mev-enabled validators isn't enforcing sanctions - they will use a non-censoring relay when most profitable

4/4 What this means in practice: a block from a censoring relay doesn't mean that the validator is actually enforcing censorship. Actual detection would require real-time recording of block auction and knowing that one particular validator ignored best block because of sanctions.
