I was asked by @digitalfoundry to put together a list for GOTY so here it is! I hope you see some stuff you haven't heard of before. Was a ton of fun to make and edit, so let me know if you enjoyed it. youtu.be/GsOJVO2UZh0

microsoft, if you're listening: please, let me tell windows, succinctly, "hey, there's this TV i plug in sometimes. if i ever plug that particular tv in, just make all the games go there. keep all my other stuff on the other display. thanks."

in closing, anyone who's had to open up a program called Voicemeeter Potato every time they turn their PC on for several years knows that so much stuff that would Make Sense just has no official welcome in this particular operating system lmao

for those who don't know, the "joke" here is that awards screeners always come on DVDs because, and i quote someone In The Know, "not everyone has a blu-ray player yet" (more digital screeners these days, actually--though also more stuff is already streaming on something i have)

. . . the other part of the "joke" is, well, just watch the first episode of Peep Show if you haven't seen it. i mean it's literally in the first episode. it's not any kind of deep cut at all
