Love to see our guys putting in that work on their own. This separates the ones who want this and the ones that don’t. If you’re no putting in the work, expect to be replaced. Nothing here is handed out you have to take it. You love this game and want to best the best or you just like to suit up and take selfies in the locker room before the games. It’s standards over feelings here. You get out exactly what you put in. That’s it and that’s all.
