Embodiment Contemplations
When weโve had repeated experiences that trigger stress, fear, overwhelm, reaction or are challenging, we can find ourselves in a pattern where we have forgotten what it feels like to feel good, for things to flow easily, for things to go well.
It can take a conscious choice and continued refocus of our mind, heart and nervous system to repattern and remind ourselves that there is a pathway forward that holds more ease, peace, harmony, health, abundance, solutions, joy, love and connection.
A simple practice that can be done in the morning, before bed and throughout the day is breathing a positive emotion into our heart center.ย
Even 3 conscious breaths, feeling a positive flowing into the heart center and then radiating into the body and around the body can be assistive.
Five minutes of this โcoherent breathingโ is shown to assist the health of the body, including boosting our immune system.ย
The HeartMath Institute calls this creating โHeart Coherenceโ.
There are many documented physical, mental, emotional, energeticย and spiritual benefits to Heart Centered Breathing. Including shifting our perspective and our energy and attracting to us the answers, solutions and experiences we are desiring.
We can hope things will work out well, we can pray things will work out and we can also actively shift our internal state through this simple breathing practice to shift our experience of life and magnetize to us a pathway where things flow, fall into place and work out well.
Heart Coherence is a harmonic, abundant field of energy that attracts more harmonic, abundant energy and experiences.ย
This doesnโt mean we avoid or deny the challenges in life, the harder emotions or the tough moments. It means we show up in these moments with authenticity, courage and continue to refocus on creating Heart Coherence (and thus Mind, Body and Energy Coherence) to transform ourselves and our experience of life.
